Gia! fuori nevica ed nel mio show room PIOVE DAL SOFFITTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

non sto scherzando! ormai vado a finire di salvare il salvabile nel mio magazzino ed in parte dell'atelier, visto che nell'appartamento sfitto che si trova sopra al mio show room ed al magazzino deve essersi rotto un tubo o va a sapere che cosa... morale della favola, siamo qui con i catini ed i secchi e a portar via roba bagnata e a togliere i quadri dalle pareti....
ho finito tutto il nervoso e gli urli pure.... ora il condominio pagherà fino all'ultimo centesimo la sua incuria!!!!
In questo momento mi viene solo da piangere....

Cercate di capire che in questa situazione le spedizioni a voi clienti potrebbero subire dei ritardi.... Mi dispiace... abbiate pazienza....


Yeah! it's snowing outside and in my showroom RAINS FROM THE CEILING!!!!!

I'm not kidding! I end up now to save the situation in my warehouse and part of the studio, because that is above the apartment vacancy to my showroom and the warehouse must have a broken pipe or going to know what ... Moral of the story, we are here with basins and buckets and take away stuff wet and to remove the paintings from the walls ....
I finished all the nervous and shouts as well .... now the building will pay every cent of his carelessness!!
In this moment I just want to cry ....

Try to understand that in this situation shipments to you client may be delayed .... I'm sorry ... be patient ....


Ouais! il neige à l'extérieur et dans mes RAINS showroom DU PLAFOND!!

Je ne plaisante pas! Je me retrouve maintenant à sauver la situation dans mon entrepôt et une partie de l'atelier, parce que c'est au-dessus de la vacance appartement à ma salle d'exposition et l'entrepôt doit avoir un bris de tuyau ou va savoir quoi ... Morale de l'histoire, nous sommes ici avec des bassins et des seaux et emporter substance humide et d'enlever les peintures des murs ....
J'ai terminé tous les nerveux et crie ainsi .... Aujourd'hui, le bâtiment paiera chaque centime de son imprudence!
En ce moment, je veux juste de pleurer ....

Essayez de comprendre que, dans cette situation les livraisons à votre client peut être retardée .... Je suis désolé ... être patient ....

Hobby show in avvicinamento... Something to know!!!

Carissime, la fiera si avvicina a passi da gigante... qui in atelier fervono i lavori di preparazione, imballaggio ed affini... sembra che una bomba sia esplosa qui dentro, quasi non ci capiamo più nulla noi... Aiuto!!!!

a parte gli scherzi, una fiera come questa prevede un dispendio di forze umane e di logistica non indifferenti, quindi, vi avviso che tutti gli ordini arrivati all'inizio di questa settimana e quelli che arriveranno nella giornata di domani e nelle prossime, siano essi cartacei, telefonici o via email, non verranno evasi se non a partire dal 22 Ottobre 2010 ( sempre che tutto sia disponibile) o più tardi, questo per ovvi motivi! Il rientro dalla fiera non sarà una passeggiata, e richiederà tempo rimettere in ordine tutto visto che lo stand verrà smontato lunedì 19 ottobre.... Verrete comununque avvisate, quando il vostro ordinativo verrà messo in spedizione.... Grazie per la comprensione e per la collaborazione!!!!

My dears stitchers friends, the fair in Milan is just around the corner...In PR show room seems that a storm come in ... we are in a great mess for the intense activities of preparation: floss and fabrics are exploding from the boxes, 50 pictures are going to be packed and a gret part of the charts packs, about 2000 to carry at the show... so please, understand that we are really under pressure ...

but we are out of our office for the Hobby Show in Milan.
